To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, stains, or odors.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at service@teelore.com to obtain return authorization.
Step 2: Provide your order number along with details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 3: After receiving approval, carefully pack the item and include a copy of your order confirmation before shipping.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error, such as receiving an incorrect item.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.


4. Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • For full order refunds, the original outbound shipping fee will also be reimbursed.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please complete the return process for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
